Job Qualifications:
Professional business designation “RPA” or “CPM” or a business related University Degree or College Diploma
Minimum of 2+ years experience in managing a diverse residential portfolio
Fluently bilingual
Strong management & communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Working ability with MS Office
Knowledge of Yardi property management Software considered an asset
Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act
Duties:
-Develop and manage property budgets
-Reporting to the Senior Property Manager on various PM related items
-Assist in managing a wide range of Residential and Commercial Properties
-Conduct regular building and unit inspections for maintenance and repair requirements
-Delegate and track maintenance, repair and other tasks to property staff
-Responding to tenant complaints and issues as required
-Manage all activities related to maintenance and repairs
-Supervise and support staff and contractors
-Coordinate monthly and annual meetings with owners
-Ensure good working relationships with owners and tenants.
