Job Requirements: CLV Group, is seeking a talented individual to run its Construction Company and to oversee: project management of property rehabilitation and construction; the maintenance department; and supervision of support staff.
Must have own vehicle and clean drivers abstract. The qualified individual will be involved in the project management of properties in Ottawa.
Several years of construction/maintenance experience, financial & material control, budgeting & computer applications; together with a proven record and educational background in the construction industry and project management is essential. Knowledge in MS Project, Excel and Word is an asset.
