General Duties:
Winter
· Sanding and salting of all steps, walkways, entrances and exits
· Snow removal of entrances, exits and walkways
· Application, as required, of ice melt and grit
· Removal of icicles that are hazardous
· Clearing units in apartment complexes between occupancies
· hauling garbage, always ensuring proper disposal techniques are adhered to
Spring/Summer
· Spring cleanup of all hard and soft surfaces
· Plant knowledge and identification
· Cut and trim grass on an as required basis, rake, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties
· Assist in flowerbed planting and maintenance
· Spread top soil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees
· Operate power mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws and other landscape maintenance equipment
· Spray and dust trees, shrubs, lawns and gardens, as directed, to control insects and disease
· Perform other manual duties
· Litter pickup

Required to provide own vehicle with a clean drivers abstract and own your own tools necessary to complete all tasks
