Job Requirements:
CLV Group, Ontario's leading Property Management Company is searching for a responsible, professional team oriented individual to become part of our maintenance and construction division.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Daily common area inspections
- Building grounds and common areas kept in clean and neat condition
- Scheduled cleaning at various properties
- Periodic cleaning of apartment units
Job Requirements:
- You will be responsible for cleaning various residential buildings
- As a qualified candidate you have your own vehicle
- You must have a minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Regular business hours, Monday - Friday.
