Job Requirements:
CLV Group, Ottawa’s leading property management company is searching for an outgoing professional, with hospitality sales background, for this dynamic career position. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial spirited individual to spearhead the continued growth of this successful business.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Excellent closing skills and above average sales record
- Establishing new relationships with potential clients and businesses
- Strengthening current business relationships
- Conducting client appreciation nights/events
- Customer service liaison
- Developing and maintaining accurate client information within a CRM program
- Managing promotional and advertising campaigns
- Managing a sales and promotional budget
- Regular quality assurance inspections
- Coordinating move in and move outs.
Required experience and skills:
- A background in sales and/or with experience within the hotel or apartment rental industry; other relevant sales experience will also be considered.
- Sales experience targeting local businesses and government is considered desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM
