Job Requirements:
- CLV Group is looking for a dedicated individual to manage a large Residential Apartment complex.
- As Site Property Manager, you have excellent customer relationship skills, work hard to meet corporate objectives and are an effective team leader.
- Working ability in MS Office is a prerequisite
- Knowledge of Yardi property management Software considered an asset
- Minimum 3+ years experience in managing a diverse residential portfolio
- Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act
