Job Requirements:

As a Live-In Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential properties.

 

You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in general residential construction repairs.

Efficiency at directing contractors, staff and managing schedules is imperative. 

Must possess excellent organization, time management skills and have a strong ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Reporting to and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of several properties owned and/or managed by CLV Group.

Responsibilities include performing various duties assigned by the property Manager and supervising work performed by in-house staff or contractors.

Performing and supervising effective property operations in compliance with all applicable building codes, acts and regulations

Identifying and resolving routine tenant matters while reporting extraordinary issues requiring action under the Residential Tenancy Act, to the Property Manager

 

More Information:

Required to provide own vehicle with a clean drivers abstract and own your own tools necessary to complete all tasks

To respond to emergencies during normal and after hours

To be on an after-hours rotational emergency response team
